Shipping policy

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and handed over to our contracted shipping carrier, and is typically delivered to your address within 3-5 business days.

The product(s) you purchase are delivered together with the invoice and warranty certificate.

Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damage, dents, breakage or similar issues with the box, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to prepare a damage report. Damaged products should be refused and returned. Once you accept the delivery, the shipping carrier is deemed to have fulfilled its duty.

If you wish to return a delivered product within 14 days, please contact us at info@mioji.com.hk for detailed information about the return conditions. Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.

For any malfunction that may occur after the product reaches you, you may use the authorized service information provided in the warranty certificate included in the box, or contact us at info@mioji.com.hk.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered.
